Yes! This dough can be put straight in your face with no heat needed.

If you were making cookie dough at home, you'd use non-heat-treated products that could contain salmonella and e.coli which could pose a risk if ingested without cooking. Just Dough uses heat-treated flour and pasteurised free-range eggs. This means their products are heat-treated to kill of pathogens - so there's no risk of sickness when eating their products raw and you're all good to get eating.

What flavours are available?

Chocolate chip is an all-time favourite, so why mess with perfection? When baked it becomes a gourmet soft-centred cookie with rich chocolate chips.

You can also find Caramel Coffee - coffee-dashed and loaded with caramel chocolate chips, Cookies & Cream - with white chocolate chips and chunks of Oreo, and the all-out crazy Celebration Cookie with everything you need for a party - chocolate, caramel chocolate, M&Ms, sprinkles, pretzels and chips!
