When and where is the next Tauranga Food Show?

The next Tauranga Food Show takes place on the 25th to 27th August 2023 at Mercury Arena Baypark, 81 Truman Lane in Mount Maunganui.

Since when have you had the show on Friday?

Since now! For our tenth anniversary show, we're launching Premier Day. With limited public tickets, a delicious Culinary Gift Bag included in your ticket and special live demonstrations, Premier Day is a premium ticketed day for VIP visitors and the food trade industry. Find out more about Premier Day.

When do the doors open and close?

The doors open to the public at 10am, and close at 5pm. This is for every day of the show, including Premier Day on Friday.

How much are tickets and where can I buy them?

Friday Premier Day tickets are sold online in advance of the show. Stay tuned for our first ticket release - sign up to our mailing list to get notified in your inbox!

Saturday and Sunday general admission tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children 13 and under. Tickets are sold at the door only (no presales). The ticket booth is located in the foyer of the Arena. Cash and Eftpos are accepted - sorry, no credit.

Who's exhibiting at the Tauranga Food Show?

We're working on our 2023 lineup which is growing every day, check out the exhibitor list.

Where do I park?

Parking is free, and there's heaps of it! We have parking attendants on hand to show you where to go.

When is the best time to come?

If you really want to avoid the crowds, join us for our new exclusive Premier Day.

If you're visiting during the weekend, t's certainly busier in the mornings until about 1pm - if you want to avoid a crowd, we recommend that you come in the afternoon. Sunday is a little quieter than Saturday.

Who will be featured in the Live Cooking Kitchen?

Unlike other shows, attendance to the Live Cooking Kitchen is included in your entry ticket.

We're working on our 2023 lineup where we'll be featuring chefs from restaurants and cafes around the Bay of Plenty - we like to keep it local!

Is there anywhere to sit down and eat?

There are food trucks located just outside the doors along the back wall of the show with plenty of seating available. Sit down. Relax! Have a tasty bite to eat.

I've bought so many tasty treats, I can't carry it all ...

We have a parcel minding service at the Info Desk, and it's totally free! Just bring us your stuff and we'll look after it. We promise we won't taste it, no matter how tempting.

Is the show suitable for children?

You can absolutely bring children, just keep in mind that the Tauranga Food Show is a pretty busy setting so it can be cumbersome getting around with a pushchair.

Are there ATM facilities available?

Almost all exhibitors have Eftpos facilities on their stands, and we also provide a cash out facility near the Info Desk.

Is there internet or Wi-Fi available?

There is public Wi-Fi available at Mercury Arena Baypark. It's free, and you don't need a password.

Are there wheelchairs available?

Yes. Ask at the Info Desk - there's a limited number available, so it can be helpful to book them in advance by giving us a call on 07 576 0513.

Who organises the Tauranga Food Show?

The Tauranga Food Show is organised by Bay Events Ltd.We are also the organisers of the Tauranga Home Show and the Bay of Plenty Home Show.

I've received an email saying I can buy your attendees list. Is this for real?

That email is a scam and is not associated with the Tauranga Food Show or Bay Events. We do not sell or share our email lists.

These scammers don't have the information they're attempting to sell. Do not engage! Run away!
