Lime Cola is a local collaboration with Six Barrel Soda, who spent six years perfecting the mix of the six main flavours: lime, orange, cinnamon, kola nut, coriander seed and vanilla - and nailed it! The Wild Fermentary blended itwith their award-winning water kefir to add billions of microbes, and added fresh Clevedon limes for a citrus twist.
