Want a cookie that's a bit more of a showoff? Loaded cookies take indulgence to the next level, with bold bases stacked high with decadent toppings. Perfect for when a regular cookie just isn't enough and you need dessert too - like lemon meringue, berry custard, boston cream, berry white chocolate cheesecake or s'mores.

Bite Me Bakery was launched in 2025 by baking enthusiast Morgan. What started as a love for baking transformed into a dream to create bold, handmade treats with serious personality, so she created Bite Me Bakery where she's head baker and taste tester (for quality control, obviously).

They use real ingredients, make everything from scratch, and keep things fun, fresh and a bit cheeky.

Bite Me Bakery also create delicious brownies, scones, donuts, sandwiches, pies and more. They also do catering for everything from birthdays and office shouts to baby showers and 'just because' gatherings.
